Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics increases flexibility, improves your cardiovascular efficiency and reduces stress. This class gives a full-body workout that will tone your body shape, increase muscle tone and reduce fat in the 45 minutes. We keep this class fresh by bringing in a dance style every few weeks. This class is suitable for everyone, you don’t need to be a swimmer but you do need to be confident in the water.
The class is fun, interesting and has great music!
Hikoi Club
Hikoi Club is a gentle and low impact class suitable for anyone of any age or ability. No swimming experience needed. Aqua walking aims to improve balance and mobility, aid injury recovery and rehabilitation whilst being fun, versatile and social. It’s a great way to stay active or kick off your fitness journey without the stress and pressure on your bones or joints and offers a natural resistance to help strengthen your muscles all with music and instructor.
This is a 45 minute class with the opportunity to socialise afterwards with a hot/cold drink and a chat.
Water Pilates
Water-based class that focuses on movements that stem from your core. This class incorporates a focus on breathing with slow and controlled strength-based movements of the whole body, and balance exercises to improve posture
