How old do I have to be to join the gym?
• 12 and 13 year olds may join the gym and train under the supervision of a parent of guardian during staffed hours.
• 14 and 15 year olds can train unsupervised during staffed hours.
• 16 years and over can train anytime in the facility which includes 24 hour access upon completion of a health and safety orientation. These orientations are held at set times each day and can be booked in via reception.
Please note that any customers under the age of 18 wishing to join on a Direct Debit membership must have a Guarantor signature (parent or legal guardian) present at the time of registration. Registration for these memberships must be completed in the facility. For more information, please complete the enquiry form below.
Will someone show me how the gear works?
All our memberships come with a free programme and orientation where our staff show you the ins and outs of how to use our equipment as well as answer any burning questions you have.
Our gyms are a place where you are meant to feel comfortable so if any questions come up down the track our team are more than happy to help.
Do you offer a student discount?
YES! We do offer a special discounted rate for students across all of our sites, however, these will need to be signed up for within our facilities.
What equipment is available?
We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of equipment from cardio machines, to a variety of resistance equipment to free weights, rigs and all sorts of strength and functional training equipment. Each site varies according to its size. We invite you to come and have a look and see for yourself.
Can I bring a friend?
We love that you want to let your friends know about us, however, your membership is not available to share with others. If you would like a friend to come along to try our facility, please organise this in advance with one of our managers, who will be more than happy to assist.
