Circuit style resistance workout utilising Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Body weight exercises.

A total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.

Pilates

Pilates is a mind-body exercise system that focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through controlled, precise movements and breathing.

Barre

Modern version of classic balletic training designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and improve overall fitness through high repetitions of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Box Fit

A high-energy, full-body workout class that combines boxing techniques, cardio, and strength training, designed to burn calories and build strength.

Legends FIT

Designed for individuals aged 50 and older, focusing on functional fitness, strength, flexibility, and conditioning, with modifiable workouts and a supportive environment.
